All return requests must be pre-approved in writing by Direct Fitness Express; submission of the return form does not guarantee acceptance of your return, as explicit approval is required.
Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of the date you received them.
Opened or Assembled Products
Products must include all original parts and manuals.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Free weights (dumbbells, bars, plates, benches, etc.)
- Accessories
- Floor models, pre-built, or used products
- Special order products
Refunds
We’ll issue refunds via your original payment method. Cash purchases will receive a refund by corporate check. Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect the returned item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
